WPC has arranged a discount group rate for your stay at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru.

Booking the host hotel's discount group rate is not required, however it helps meet our hotel contract obligations, stabilizes registration fees, and offers convenience. If too many members book elsewhere, registration rates will inevitably increase.

Discount Group Rates:

  • Deluxe Single Occupancy: 16,520 INR
  • Deluxe Double Occupancy: 18,290 INR

The above rates include all guestroom related taxes/fees, daily breakfast buffet, access to the fitness center, and guestroom amenities of a tea/coffee maker; two bottles drinking water, placed daily; in-room safe; wi-fi, and iron/board. PLUGFEST POLICY: In-Person Only

If you intend to participate in Plugfest, you must read and agree to the Plugfest Policy. Agreeing to the terms does not automatically grant you permission to participate. All members must apply separately and receive approval from the WPC Plugfest team. For more information and to apply, please visit the Plugfest section on the WPC member site.

WIRELESS POWER CORPORATION, INC. PLUGFEST POLICY

The terms of the Wireless Power Consortium, Inc.’s (“WPC”) Membership Agreement and Confidentiality Policy apply to WPC Members’ participation in WPC Plugfests (each a “Plugfest”). This policy supplements those terms in connection with a Member’s participation in a Plugfest. Capitalized words used in this document that are not specifically defined in this document have the meaning set forth in the Membership Agreement or Confidentiality Policy, respectively.

1 Purpose The purpose of a WPC Plugfest is to enable participating WPC Members to test their respective products for interoperability and/or for conformance to WPC Specifications (the “Purpose”).

Plugfests are not and do not substitute for certification testing. WPC Member products must successfully complete WPC’s official product registration testing process, as further described in WPC’s Product Certification Process, Product Certification Policy, and Trademark License Policy, for any products to be certified, and considered Certified Products.

2 Attendance Members must follow all Plugfest registration requirements to participate in Plugfest. Only Member technical and support staff who are duly registered – such as product and/or test tool staff members – may participate in the Plugfest, along with WPC staff. Other WPC Member staff such as marketing personnel may not attend or participate.

3 Plugfest Confidentiality Information disclosed or generated (regardless of being marked or identified as Confidential) in the course of a participation in a Plugfest by a participating Member for the Purpose including, but not limited to, all test activities and test results, and related information concerning a Member’s product development, design details and specifications and engineering information, will be deemed Confidential Information of the Member initially disclosing or generating such information. Section 2 of the Plugfest Policy will apply for the Purpose only and supersedes the marking or identification requirements set forth in the Confidentiality Policy, solely to the extent associated with Plugfest participation.

4 Use & Nondisclosure Confidential Information disclosed in connection with Plugfest may be used by a receiving party solely for the Purpose. Individual representatives of a participating Member are permitted to disclose and discuss Plugfest-related Confidential Information solely among and with all other Plugfest participants, solely for the Purpose. No other licenses are granted.

5 Results WPC may compile the aggregate results of the Plugfest (the “Results”). WPC may use and disclose the Results for the purpose of improving and promoting its Specifications, except WPC is not permitted to disclose Results that include identifying information that is linked or linkable to any specific participant (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the affected participant).
