Terms and Conditions of Attendance • The World Meetings Forum reserves the right of admission according the hosted buyers’ criteria set up by the WMF and its partners. • If your attendance is confirmed by the World Meetings Forum Team, you will receive an email with the following steps for your participation at the World Meetings Forum. • Hosted Buyers who are accepted to the World Meetings Forum will be hosted by the World Meetings Forum (economy airfare, hotel accommodation, transfers and meals during the programmed). Any other additional expend will be cover by the hosted buyer. • Accommodation will be covered for the duration of the Forum from Sunday 7th until Thursday 11th July (departures day). Additional night must be conver by the Hosted Buyers. • Accommodation for Hosted Buyers attending the Marvelous Golf activity will also be cover by the WMF. (1 day prior the official program begins). • Upon acceptance of application the hosted buyer commits to attend the entire Forum program. • The Hosted Buyer will reimburse USD 500 to the World Meetings Forum in the case of a cancellation of attendance. Exceptions may apply. • Replacements are permitted only with written consent World Meetings Forum. • Hosted Buyer must have an active travel insurance to use it in case of an incident. • Hosted Buyer must speak English fluently, the WMF program is 100% in English. • You consent to World Meeting Forum holding your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy • You consent to World Meetings Forum being able to communicate with you regarding your application and news & future events. • You consent to World Meetings Forum using all the audiovisual material taken during the event. • WMF attendance are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism during the event. • The WMF does not tolerate harassment in any form. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, derisive comments regarding technical background, and unwelcome sexual attention. Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave at the sole discretion of WMF.
