EDO Marketing and Promotional Opportunities:

Each Economic Development Organization (EDO) can make a short (8 minutes) presentation during the seminar that speaks to the theme of innovation:

  • How your region supports startups
  • Introduce examples of business collaboration with companies from overseas (preferably with Japan)
  • Share innovation success stories in your region (from any sectors)

EDOs will also have networking opportunities at reception times and can distribute their promotional materials to seminar attendees.

A market briefing is scheduled prior to the seminars in both Osaka and Nagoya.

Matchmaking Portal: EDOs and Seminar attendees can request one-on-one counseling during the seminar.

Matchmaking Scheule:
Osaka -    12:00-12:30, 12:30-13:00, and during reception time if requested. 
Nagoya -  12:30-13:00, 13:00-13:30, and 17:00-17:30

 

Application & Payment Deadline for U.S. Economic Development Organizations:

Application deadline:      Tuesday, December 5, 2017 (Japan Time)       

Payment deadline:           Tuesday, December 12, 2017 (Japan Time)

Participation Fee:             USD $3,000 (cost includes participation for two individuals from a single EDO

Space is limited to 8 Economic Development Organizations on a first come, first served basis. Please submit an application under the "Register" tab.
