The Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data, or SEND, identifies an approach to gathering and representing nonclinical data in a consistent format and its use is currently required for data submission to FDA. BioCelerate and other industry groups have identified SEND as a critical enabler of cross-study analysis, which can support faster and better decision-making during nonclinical development. However, the variability in SEND data sets created from different sources can interfere with cross-study analysis, thereby diminishing the potential value contained within SEND. BioCelerate is examining opportunities to address this challenge.
Please join us for a Workshop & Luncheon hosted during the Society of Toxicology’s 2019 Annual Meeting to discuss future applications and solutions for the use of SEND in cross-study analysis.
- Though this is a public event, it is important to register in advance to ensure we can accommodate those interested in attending with the limited room space available to us. In the event the number of registrations begins to exceed available space, we may ask multiple registrants from the same organization to send a limited number of delegates to the meeting to allow other organizations to participate.
Registered attendees of the Society of Toxicology Annual Meeting: you are welcome to visit the BioCelerate team at the convention center before this event at our SEND Harmonization poster. The poster will be author-attended on March 12.
